EV Oil Company Limited is an  Oil Marketing Company permitted to operate as an OMC in the country. EV Oil Company Limited was incorporated in June, 2008 under the Companies Code, 1963 (Act 179) as a private limited company and commenced business operation in June 2008. The company was previously operating in the name of End View Ventures as a dealer under Star Oil Marketing Company. EV Oil Company Limited took over the assets and liabilities of End View Ventures effective May 2010.

EV Oil Company Limited was licensed as an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) authorized to procure, store, distribute and sell petroleum products in Ghana. The company was granted the full permission to operate on 1st March, 2010 after it has fully attained the entire requirements stipulated by the National Petroleum Authority (NPA).
EV Oil Company Limited currently operates Twenty One  (21) stations within Eight (8) regions in the country with its Head Office located on the Spintex road, Accra. It operates with the objective of making petroleum products easily accessible in the country. Among its distinguishing traits are its cutting edge customer service which sets it apart from other competitors and its commitment to retail petroleum products to consumers.
As part of our services, EV Oil runs a bulk transport supply services throughout the country, supplying petroleum products to our esteemed clients doing businesses in the Oil and Mining Industries. It is also the sole distributor of automobile oil from International German Additive Technology AG (I.G.A.T) in the country.

Mark Anum Boye – Chairman
Mark Anum Boye is an entrepreneur who started business exploits as a Estate Developer. He holds an Auto Engineering Certificate from City and Guild Academy, and 10 years of experience in Estate Development. He is a businessman who has undoubtedly proven himself as a worthy entrepreneur. He was the sole proprietor of End View Ventures, an enterprise that has culminated into EV Oil Company Limited. He also have to his credit 15 years of experience in the Oil Industry. He is the Chairman and majority shareholder of the following companies: Firm Energy Company Limited, EV Oil Company Limited and EV Microfinance.

Mark ensures that the organization and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. Among other responsibilities, he collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and develop strategies for achieving that vision. 

Esther Adjeley Boye - Director 
Esther Boye is an entrepreneur who started engaging in business activities during her Secondary School education. She has to her credit extensive experience in trading, and has traded in clothing and some other commodities. She is a shareholder, director, and a secretary to EV Oil Company Ltd. She has to her credit 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. She is also a shareholder, Director and acting secretary to EV Oil Company.
Esther collaborates with the Board Secretary and Chairman to prepare the Board of Directors meeting agenda. She also advises the Board/Management on the implementation of best internal practices. 


MANAGEMENT TEAM


Managing Director

Ebenezer Aboagye is an insightful and client-focused Business Manager with exceptional business development skills, notably transforming business operations and annual turnover. He is an influential leader, dedicated to assisting teams in improving skills and techniques, facilitating career progression, reaching goals, and ultimately elevating business operations. He has over four (4) years’ experience in the banking industry, with extensive experience in Relationship Banking having worked with Ecobank Ghana Limited and Zenith Bank Ghana Limited. He holds BSc. Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Scienc1e and Technology (KNUST), Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and MBA in Project Management from GIMPA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), and a Certificate in Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Masterclass from the Chinese Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Ebenezer also has to his credit 11 years of working experience in the petroleum downstream sector. He was the General Manager of EV Oil Company Limited. He is also the acting secretary to Firm Energy (Bulk Oil Distribution Company) and a board member of EV Microfinance Company.
He is responsible for shaping the success of the organization, delivering results through strategic planning and financial and account management to secure prominent accounts, increase revenues and establish sustainable growth. His focus is to maximize opportunities, utilize extensive negotiations and interpersonal skills, and lead various departments to optimize performance and meet targets.

Human Resource Manager
Josephine Davoh-Yebesi is a resourceful Human Resources Manager who brings to the table employee relations and business management expertise coupled with first-rate communication and problem-solving abilities. She is a strategic and well-rounded professional, seasoned in managing and overseeing various aspects of the HR needs of the organization. Commended for building trusting relationships within the organization to support business methods.
Josephine is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner and a member of the Chartered Human Resource Certified Professional (CIHP) Ghana. She holds BSc. Management Studies from Central University College and Diploma in Business Studies from Kings College Business School. She also holds Company Secretarial Practice Certificate from the Institute of Professional Studies (UPS). She has 15 years of working experience in the respective organizations Forwin Ghana Limited, CCTC Ghana Limited, Finatrade Group Ltd, and Movelle Company Limited. She is experienced in managing full-cycle Human Resource operational activities targeted at maximizing HR-employee performance and developing hiring and recruitment policies to drive a transparent and fair hiring process for selecting candidates on basis of merit and relevance to specific positions.

Finance Manager
Iddi Fuseini is a Chartered Accountant and a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He has over six (6) years of rich and solid experience in the field of Accountancy and Business Advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon. And currently, enrolled an MBA program in Accounting at the University of Ghana Business School, Legon (UGBS). He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG) Final 1.
He is hardworking and possesses strong analytical skills acquired through working experience as the former Head, Internal Control, Compliance, and Audit at Principal Capital Microfinance Ltd, Assistant Accounts Officer at Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), Somanya Branch in the Eastern region, and Audit Assistant with Kreston Coopers, Osu, Accra.

Marketing Manager
Peter Nyamaah holds MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, BSc. Marketing from the University of Cape Coast and a Certificate in Project Management (KNOWLEDGE TREE INTERNATIONAL). He has 10 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He has previously worked as the Business Development Manager, GPS GHANA (2017-2022); Marketing Manager, CONDENSATE DIVISION, SAGE PETROLEUM LIMITED (2014 – 2017; Marketing Supervisor, Breeze International (NOW POWER FUELS LIMITED, 2011 -2014)
Peter is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans. He focuses on attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones, and analyzing the market to develop strategies to curve a niche of the organisation. He is also responsible for controlling product pricing and placement; and evaluating brands by accurately estimating brand awareness.

Operations Manager
Gershon Addo Mensah is a realistic, efficient, focused, motivated, and hard-working person.  He acquired his tertiary education at Emit Electronics Institute, MICAP Technologies, and Milcom Computers, has significant working experience in Operations Management. He is an entrepreneur, and has previously managed Gershtec, an IT company, for 6 years, and worked at Zytec, a Telecommunication company as an IT officer.
Gershon plays a crucial role as the head of operations and problem-solving units of the organization. He is responsible for the effective and successful management of quality control and safety procedures of the organization.

Transport Manager
Carlos Okang Quaye is dependable, reliable and energetic person who has proven  records in managing highly commercial Transport operations in a fast paced environment.
Carlos has  13 years’ experience in related field, He is responsible for Transport and Distribution Operations and also for providing excellent standards service, efficiency and performance through outstanding people manage skills.
