At EV Oil, we have a qualified team of practitioners in the Ghanaian oil industry. Together, these individuals are able to provide our clients with a mix of world-class products services.

Our team also “walk the talk”. Each member has “real-life, hands-on” experience in their respective fields. They have been responsible for creating, delivering and managing our various services.

At EV Oil, we are constantly improving the skills sets and knowledge base of our team. As a result they are able to take on difficult challenges and provide appropriate solutions.

Meet our skilled and competent team who manage the daily affairs of EV Oil:

Mark Anum Boye is an entrepreneur who started business as a young man. He is a business man who has proven himself undoubtedly as a worthy entrepreneur. Mark was the sole proprietor of End View Ventures, an enterprise that has culminated into EV Oil Company Limited. He has to his credit 5 years experience in the oil industry.

Mark ensures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders. Among other responsibilities, he collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision.

Wallace Bruce-Cathline is a lawyer and a Managing Partner of the Accra branch of the Law firm, Minkah – Premo & Co. He attended the University of Ghana, Legon and the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 1990. He subsequently worked with Ofosu – Amaah & Associates and then with Okai Anderson Amakye & Co. (Sakanda Chambers). His areas of specialisation include Property Acquisition and Conveyancing, Family, Trust and Estate Administration Law.

He ensures EV Oil is up to date on new business laws and regulations. In addition he provides advice on labor relations, employee contracts, tax issues and contracts with suppliers and distributors.


Esther Boye is a young entrepreneur who started engagging in business activities during her Secondary School education. She has to her credit extensive experience in trading and has traded in clothing and some other commodities. She collaborates with the Board Secretary and Chairman to prepare the Board of Directors meeting agenda. She also advises the Board/Management on the implementation of best internal practices.

Ebenezer Aboagye has been in the banking profession for over four (4) years. He has to his credit extensive experience in Relationship Banking having worked with Ecobank Ghana Limited and Zenith Bank Ghana Limited. He holds BSc. Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Ebenezer’s core mandate includes providing leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans. He’s also responsible for developing new businesses and representing the company
in negotiations.

He also holds an MBA in Project Management from GIMPA.


Emmanuel Fua-Yaw Martey is a graduate from the University of Cape Coast. He holds a BA in Business Studies and has seven (7) years working experience to his credit (i.e. four (4) years in the IT industry, one year in the banking industry and two years in the oil and gas industry.

Emmanuel has worked on numerous activities for EV Oil the areas of market research, marketing strategy, sales, advertising, promotion, pricing and product development. He’s responsible for developing the company’s marketing strategy in detail.

He also assists in the development of a pricing strategy to maximize profits, monitor demand trends for the company’s products and aids in product promotion to attract potential clients.


Sampson Sowah Kwei has 31 years working experience. He graduated from Accra Polytechnic as a Mechanical Engineering Technician in 1981. In 1982 he joined Volta Aluminum Company limited as a Plant Technician and also worked as an assistant manager on special projects.

He has to his credit over 3 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry having worked with EV Oil Company Limited as a liaison Manager. He is married with three children.


Wilhelmina Anum is our procurement manager attended Abuakwa State College and holds a certificate in Hotel Management from Graduate Management Institute and a Certificate in Business Management from from Graduate School of Governancy
